Currency is selected during account registration. When you provide your payment method details, the system automatically assigns your account currency based on the payment destination and your declared location. If you register with an Indonesian payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), your account operates in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you register from a supported international jurisdiction with a different payment provider, your account may default to that provider's operating currency.
Your currency choice is permanent once your account is verified. You cannot switch currencies mid-account. If you need to operate in a different currency, you would need to open a separate account. We recommend confirming your currency preference before submitting your verification documents.
Once your account is live, your wallet displays your balance in your selected currency. All transactions—deposits, stakes, winnings, and withdrawals—are recorded and settled in that same currency. When you place activity on Liga 1 matches or Piala AFF tournaments, the stake amount is deducted in your currency; when a result settles, any payout is credited in your currency.
We do not offer real-time currency conversion within your account. Your olxtoo balance remains in one currency throughout its lifetime. If you need to convert funds, you must withdraw to your payment method and use your bank or e-wallet's own conversion tools—any conversion fees are handled by your payment provider, not olxtoo.

We do not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (your bank, mobile banking, local payment, etc.) may impose their own fees for transferring funds. Those fees are deducted on the payment-provider side, not by olxtoo. For example, if you transfer our welcome offer via online payment and e-wallet charges a our welcome offer fee, you will receive our welcome offer in your olxtoo wallet. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing.
Withdrawals and settlement in your currency
When you request a withdrawal from olxtoo, your funds return to your registered payment method in your account currency. If your account is in IDR and you withdraw our welcome offer, olxtoo sends our welcome offer to your payment destination (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, your bank, etc.). No conversion occurs on our side.
Your payment provider may apply fees during the transfer. For example, e-wallet may charge our welcome offer for a virtual-account withdrawal, and mobile banking may charge our welcome offer. These fees are deducted by the payment provider after they receive the funds from olxtoo. You will see the fee on your payment-provider statement, not in your olxtoo account.
Withdrawal processing time depends on two stages: olxtoo approval and payment-provider processing. We typically approve withdrawals within one business day after you request them (assuming no disputes or unusual activity flags). Your payment provider then processes the transfer to your final destination—a bank account takes 1-24 hours; an e-wallet may be faster if operating during business hours.
You can only withdraw to a payment method in the same currency as your account. If your account is in IDR, you cannot withdraw to a USD bank account.
